User Experience (UX) Design is less about the specific aesthetic design only, and focuses on your users feelings, your brands tone, and extends beyond just interfaces, to any interaction someone may have with your brand or products.
We work from the beginning by creating a strategy and setting goals for your users by empathizing with them.
Building User Personas and understanding the emotions of your user helps us deliver better results to them. We find the “why” of your customers wants and needs, not just the “how”. Understanding the reasons someone is looking to take action helps us to make sure we aren’t frustrating them or giving them the information that is either untimely or not necessary.
Once we have a solid understanding of all of these items we can then move to the aesthetics, and also look to help the users experience with the tone set through design style and best practices.
